Who may attend?
The in-person event will be limited to sponsors and key stakeholders. The number of guests will be consistent with Sonoma County COVID safety guidelines in August.
What COVID safety precautions are in place for the event?
- All persons in attendance, including sponsors, guests, vendors and staff, will be required to provide proof of full vaccination before the event, preferably by August 20. This can be done very easily. Here are three ways:
- We encourage people to bring their own masks, but will also provide medical-grade masks at the door. We ask you to wear a mask while moving through the venue or when in close contact with people outside your group, but you are not expected to wear one while sitting at a table, eating or drinking.
Who will the performers be?
We'll be featuring live Latin Jazz performances by the Josh Jones Latin Jazz Ensemble and the Jive Samba Brazilian Guitar Duo, along with surprise guest appearances.
Will there be an online auction?
Yes! Online bidding begins on Monday, August 23 at 8:00 AM and closes Sunday, August 29 at 8:00 PM. Register to bid here.
Will there be a live auction?
Yes. We will be offering two fabulous packages for live bidding at the event, a Nashville Getaway and a Secluded Beachfront Retreat at Four Seasons Resort Lanai. You can check out previews of these packages on our online bidding page or our proxy-bid registration page.
I won't be attending the event. Can I still bid in the live auction?
Yes! You can register to proxy bid here. Simply enter your maximum bids for the Nashville and Lanai packages, register your credit card, and you're ready to go. At the event, our volunteers will place bids on your behalf up to your maximum bid, and if you win, we'll send you an e-mail after the event. Proxy bid registration is only open until noon on August 27, so sign up today!
